Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- plain flour - 3 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- yeast
- warm milk - 1 c
How to make dinner rolls:
Mix flour and salt; set aside. Mix yeast, water and sugar; set aside. Mix shortening, egg and milk. Mix ingredients together; let set for 1 hour. Roll out onto pan. Let set another hour. Bake at 425° until brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, Yeast breads.
