- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Mexicorn - 1 item
How to make rice casserole:
Cook rice according to package directions. Add margarine, soup and Mexicorn. Mix well and put in a baking dish. Grate cheese on top. Place in oven long enough to melt cheese, then serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
