Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- can beef consomme - 1 item
How to make rice casserole:
Add enough water to beef consomme to make 2 cups liquid. Mix all ingredients together and bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
