Rhubarb kuchen
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- rhubarb, cut in small pieces about 4 stalks
How to make rhubarb kuchen:
Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Add rhubarb and mix until combined. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
