Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
- powdered sugar unsifted - 2 c
- to 3 drops peppermint extract - 2 item
How to make creamy mints:
Soften and whip the cream cheese with a wooden spoon. Blend in the peppermint extract. Sift the powdered sugar into the cream cheese, working it until it is well blended, kneading it with your hands. Press into small mint molds or roll into small balls and press down with a fork. Roll lightly in granulated sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Candy.
