Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 item
- Tbsp milk - 3 item
- Pat on bottom of pan
- pkg strawberry jello - 1 item
- Streusel:1 c
How to make rhubarb kuchen:
Mix and put into a greased and floured 8 x 12 pan. Pat on bottom of pan.Filling:2 1/2 c. rhubarb1 pkg strawberry jello Sprinkle this over dough.Streusel:1 c. sugar1/4 c. margarine1/2 c. flour Mix together and sprinkle over entire cake.
