Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- uncooked oats - 1 c
- rhubarb, cut into small pieces - 3 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Prepare the rhubarb. Sprinkle over it the 1/2 cup sugar, the nutmeg and the water. Cut the margarine into the first 4 ingredients. This should be crumbly. Put 1/2 of this mixture into a greased 8-inch baking pan. Add the rhubarb mixture, then the rest of the crumbles. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
