  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • uncooked oats - 1 c
  • rhubarb, cut into small pieces - 3 c

How to make rhubarb crunch:

Prepare the rhubarb. Sprinkle over it the 1/2 cup sugar, the nutmeg and the water. Cut the margarine into the first 4 ingredients. This should be crumbly. Put 1/2 of this mixture into a greased 8-inch baking pan. Add the rhubarb mixture, then the rest of the crumbles. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
