Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- sugar
- water - 1 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- cut rhubarb - 3 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Filling:1 c. sugar1 c. water3 Tbsp. cornstarch3 c. cut rhubarb Mix together first 5 ingredients and set aside.Combine sugar, cornstarch and water and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Cool. Put half of the first mixture in an 8 x 10-inch pan. Add cut rhubarb and pour cooked sauce over. Cover with remaining ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
