Peach cobbler

Ingredients/Components

• water - 5 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• all-purpose flour - 3 c
• Crisco
• cinnamon to taste - 1 item
• sugar to taste - 1 item
• sliced peaches - 2 qt
• allspice to taste - 1 item

How to make peach cobbler:

Crust:1 1/4 c. Crisco3 c. all-purpose flour1 egg5 Tbsp. water1 Tbsp. vinegar Mix peach filling with first 4 ingredients. Prepare pie crust with ingredients listed. Roll out into a baking pan (reserve enough for top crust). Take rest of dough and strip across top of cobbler. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
