Ingredients/Components
- water - 5 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- Crisco
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- sugar to taste - 1 item
- sliced peaches - 2 qt
- allspice to taste - 1 item
How to make peach cobbler:
Crust:1 1/4 c. Crisco3 c. all-purpose flour1 egg5 Tbsp. water1 Tbsp. vinegar Mix peach filling with first 4 ingredients. Prepare pie crust with ingredients listed. Roll out into a baking pan (reserve enough for top crust). Take rest of dough and strip across top of cobbler.
