Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- fresh rhubarb pieces - 4 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch lengths. Mix 2 tablespoons with 1 cup of sugar and mix with rhubarb. Combine 1 cup of flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in egg. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
