Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• milk - 2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 2 item
• pumpkin - 1 c
• baked pie shell - 1 item

How to make pumpkin cream pie:

Mix all ingredients together; cook in heavy pan or double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Fill baked pie shell and cover with meringue from the egg whites (2). Brown in 425° oven about a minute.
