Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- pumpkin - 1 c
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cream pie:
Mix all ingredients together; cook in heavy pan or double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Fill baked pie shell and cover with meringue from the egg whites (2). Brown in 425° oven about a minute.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
