Ingredients/Components
- angel food cake - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- sour cream - 16 oz
- evaporated milk
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- jar strawberry glaze - 1 item
- fresh strawberries - 1 qt
How to make punch bowl cake:
Tear cake into small pieces and place in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix sour cream, evaporated milk, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Fold this mixture into torn cake. Place in a glass bowl. Mix glaze with sliced strawberries. Place on top of cake mixture. Cover and chill. Keeps well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cheese.
