Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 3/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- oleo - 4 Tbsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- finely chopped rhubarb - 2 c
- Combine oil, eggs and milk
How to make rhubarb coffee cake:
Place all dry ingredients into large bowl and set aside. Combine oil, eggs and milk. Beat together and add to dry ingredients. Fold in rhubarb. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.Topping:1/2 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar4 Tbsp. oleo3/4 c. coconut1/2 c. chopped nuts Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Coffee cakes.
