Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 3 oz
- miniature marshmallows
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- sliced rhubarb - 5 c
How to make rhubarb cake:
Layer rhubarb, sugar, Jell-O, marshmallows in pan; mix cake mix as directed and pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand a few minutes. Turn out of pan leaving upside down. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
