  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • mashed bananas - 1 c
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • honey - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cake:

Bring honey to boil; add 1/2 teaspoon soda. Stir in honey and oats. Cream margarine and sugar until light; add to honey. Mix flour, 1/2 teaspoon soda, baking powder and salt into bananas and honey mixture. Pour into 8-inch cake pans and bake at 350°.
