Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- raw rhubarb, cut up - 5 c
How to make rhubarb cake:
Place cut up rhubarb into greased 9 x 13 pan. Over the rhubarb sprinkle jello and sugar. Cover this with miniature marshmallows.Prepare cake mix according to package directions, then pour over the top of the marshmallows. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
