How to make rhubarb cake:
Beat brown sugar and oleo together; add egg, vanilla and milk. Sift flour, soda and salt; add to mixture. Add rhubarb. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
