• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• oleo - 1/2 c
• sour milk - 1 c
• rhubarb, cut up - 1 to

How to make rhubarb cake:

Beat brown sugar and oleo together; add egg, vanilla and milk. Sift flour, soda and salt; add to mixture. Add rhubarb. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
