Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour
- cold water - 1 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- shortening - 3/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- lukewarm water - 1/2 c
- cakes yeast - 2 item
How to make refrigerator rolls:
Combine shortening and boiling water. Stir until shortening is melted. Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Beat in cold water. Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Combine the three mixtures and add the flour. Cover and chill overnight. Roll for cinnamon rolls or shape for coffee cake.
