- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- plain flour - 3 c

How to make sour cream pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Combine flour, salt and baking soda and sift. Alternate with sour cream, adding to egg mixture. Beat about 5 minutes.
