  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • cream cheese
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • self-rising flour
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • blueberries frozen - 3 c

How to make blueberry delight:

Second Layer:8 oz. cream cheese12 oz. Cool Whip1 c. powdered sugar Third Layer (Filling):1 1/2 c. sugar3 Tbsp. cornstarch1 large can crushed pineapple3 c. blueberries (frozen) First Layer (Crust): Mix and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until brown. Cool before adding Second Layer.

Second Layer: Mix and spread over cooled crust.

Third Layer: Mix dry ingredients first. Add pineapple, then blueberries. Cook until thickened. Cool completely and spread over Second Layer.

Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Spread another 12 ounces Cool Whip on top of blueberries. Refrigerate until Cool Whip firm.

May leave off Cool Whip topping until ready to serve and spoon Cool Whip on individual servings.
