Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- egg - 1 item
- cake yeast - 1 item
- lukewarm water - 1 c
- shortening, melted - 5 Tbsp
How to make quick rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in bowl. Beat eggs. Add salt, sugar and shortening. Mix well. Fold in flour. Mix and knead. Let rise until double in size. Shape into rolls. Place on greased pan.
