  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • stewed tomatoes - 8 oz
  • cream-style corn
  • succotash
  • dried thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • cooked chicken, cubed - 2 c

How to make quick brunswick stew:

Cook okra according to package directions. Add onion. Don't drain, reserve. In 3-quart saucepan, stir together tomatoes, corn and succotash. Heat until boiling. Add okra, thyme and chicken. Makes 4 servings. Good with brown rice.
