Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- stewed tomatoes - 8 oz
- cream-style corn
- succotash
- dried thyme - 1/4 tsp
- cooked chicken, cubed - 2 c
How to make quick brunswick stew:
Cook okra according to package directions. Add onion. Don't drain, reserve. In 3-quart saucepan, stir together tomatoes, corn and succotash. Heat until boiling. Add okra, thyme and chicken. Makes 4 servings. Good with brown rice.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Beginner cook.
