Ingredients/Components
- vanilla wafer crumbs - 2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- heavy cream - 1 can
- honey - 1/3 c
- lemons - 2 item
- lemon gelatin - 1 pkg
How to make lemon bisque:
Dissolve 1 package of lemon gelatin into 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/3 cup honey, juice and grated rind of 2 lemons. Stir for one minute and let cool until it begins to set.Whip one can of cold evaporated milk or 1 pint heavy cream until stiff. Fold into gelatin. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan which has been spread with 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs and top with 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs. Refrigerate until set.
