Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- Swiss cheese - 1/2 lb
- chopped bacon - 1/2 lb
- 10-inch pie crust
How to make quiche lorraine:
Blend together beaten eggs, salt, milk and flour. Reserve a bit of bacon. Press the rest of the bacon into the pie crust. Next, add the cheese the same way. Pour on the egg mixture. Finally, sprinkle with the extra bacon. Put in 400° oven for 10 minutes, then for 30 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
