Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- shredded Colby cheese - 2 c
- stick margarine cubed - 1/2 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Cover with foil and bake until bubbly. When casserole is about done, top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted margarine, mixed.
