  • Swiss cheese, grated
  • eggs - 3 item
  • light cream
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • frozen deep dish pie shell - 1 item

How to make quiche lorraine:

Cook bacon. Drain on paper towel and crumble. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes.
