Ingredients/Components
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- Swiss cheese, grated
- eggs - 3 item
- light cream
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- frozen deep dish pie shell - 1 item
How to make quiche lorraine:
Cook bacon. Drain on paper towel and crumble. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
