Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- onion flakes - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- Swiss cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
- unbaked pie shell 9-inch - 1 item
- small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
- bacon, fried crisp - 1/2 lb
- salt or onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter, slightly browned and melted - 1 Tbsp
How to make quiche lorraine:
In bottom of pastry, crumble bacon, then cover with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs and add rest of ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
