  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • onion flakes - 1 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • Swiss cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
  • unbaked pie shell 9-inch - 1 item
  • small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
  • bacon, fried crisp - 1/2 lb
  • salt or onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter, slightly browned and melted - 1 Tbsp

How to make quiche lorraine:

In bottom of pastry, crumble bacon, then cover with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs and add rest of ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
