Ingredients/Components
- Cool Whip - 24 oz
- rum - 1/4 c
- strawberries - 1 qt
- to 4 bananas, sliced - 3 item
- vanilla pudding instant
- angel food cake, cut in 4 layers - 1 item
- can drained pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- any fresh fruit in season - 1 item
How to make punch bowl cake:
Cut cake in 4 layers; sprinkle with rum. Mix together strawberries, pineapple chunks, bananas and any fresh fruit in season. Sprinkle fruit with sugar to form juice. Make vanilla pudding.To Assemble: Place some fruit in bottom of bowl, then cake, pudding and Cool Whip. Keep assembling in this order, finishing with Cool Whip and topping with a few whole strawberries. Scoop it out to serve.
