Strawberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• Cool Whip - 1 item
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• strawberries - 4 c
• red coloring - 1 item
• deep dish shell, baked - 1 item

How to make strawberry pie:

Crush 2 cups strawberries with a pastry blender. Put in a saucepan with cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice. Cook until thickens. Stir in remaining 2 cups strawberries, halved. Add small amount of red coloring. Put in a baked pie shell. Chill; cover with Cool Whip.
