- eggs - 3 item
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- 1/2 cups milk - 1 item
- cup butter, melted - 1/3 item
- 1/3 cups all-purpose flour - 1 item
- Maple syrup - 1 item
- 8 oz pkg Brown-N-Serve sausage links, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 1 item
How to make breakfast pudding:
Pour melted butter into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Set aside. Combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Pour egg mixture into prepared baking dish. Arrange sausage slices over egg mixture. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve immediately with warm maple syrup.
