Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 pkg
- nuts optional - 1 item
- fruit cocktail, drained
- crushed pineapple, drained
- large can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- fresh strawberries optional - 1 item
- large and 1 small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- box cake mix or favorite plain cake recipe - 1 item
- large box instant pudding French vanilla, made up as directed - 1 item
How to make punch bowl cake:
Make up cake as directed on box. Bake as directed in 9 x 13-inch pan. Break cake in small pieces. Layer cake, pudding, Cool Whip, pineapple, cocktail, cherries, coconut, strawberries and nuts, then start again and again end with Cool Whip and coconut.
