- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Put nuts in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Put coconut on top of nuts. Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour on top of nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese and margarine on low heat until mixed. Stir in confectioners sugar. Stir until smooth. Pour over batter and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cut heat to 325° if using Pyrex dish.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
