Pumpkin spice cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- butter or margarine
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 3/4 c
- brown sugar light - 3/4 c
How to make pumpkin spice cake:
Glaze:1/2 c. butter or margarine1/2 c. brown sugar3/4 c. pecans, chopped Combine all ingredients, except eggs, and beat one minute. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Pour 1/2 of the glaze mixture on cake batter. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
