  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • butter or margarine
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • pumpkin - 1 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • pecans, chopped - 3/4 c
  • brown sugar light - 3/4 c

How to make pumpkin spice cake:

Glaze:1/2 c. butter or margarine1/2 c. brown sugar3/4 c. pecans, chopped Combine all ingredients, except eggs, and beat one minute. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Pour 1/2 of the glaze mixture on cake batter. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto plate and, when cool, drizzle remaining glaze on top of cake.
