Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 1/8 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 1/2 c
- nonfat vanilla yogurt - 1 c
- ground cinnamon for garnish - 1 item
- nonfat dairy whipped topping - 2 Tbsp
How to make pumpkin pudding:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except whipped topping and cinnamon, until blended. Spoon into two dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate or serve immediately.To serve, place 1 tablespoon whipped topping on each pudding. Garnish with cinnamon.
