Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 1 c
- pecan halves - 1 c
- white corn syrup - 2/3 c
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pumpkin pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla. Mix well and stir in pecans. Spoon over pumpkin mixture.
