Pumpkin crisp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 14 oz
- butter, melted - 1 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can solid packed pumpkin - 16 oz
How to make pumpkin crisp:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass pan with nonstick spray. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs. Pour into pan. Pour dry cake mix over the mixture. Pat nuts evenly into dry mixture. Spoon melted butter evenly over nuts. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool and top with whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Cobblers and crisps.
