- sugar - 1-1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1 can
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1 c
- pumpkin - 1 can
- ginger - 1 tsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Beat pumpkin, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, sugar and ginger together. Put into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over mixture. Pour melted margarine over cake mix and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Better if made the day before.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
