- can undrained crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- cinnamon
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
How to make pineapple carrot bread:
