Ingredients/Components
- can pumpkin - 1 16-oz
- large evaporated milk - 1 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup cinnamon - 3/4 item
- eggs - 3 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- cup chopped nuts - 1 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- cream cheese
- cup cool whip - 3/4 item
- cups powdered sugar, sifted - 1-1/2 item
How to make pumpkin crisp:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese3/4 cup cool whip1-1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into 9x13 pan lined with waxed paper. Sprinkle nuts and cake mix over these ingredients. Pour butter over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool completely in pan. Turn out on tray. Top with frosting. Make frosting by mixing cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar.
