- pumpkin - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1 box powdered sugar1 c. pecans1 tsp. vanilla Mix sugar with eggs; beat well and add cooking oil. Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; mix well. Add pumpkin and vanilla. Bake in greased pan at 350° for 35 minutes.Icing: Mix cream cheese with butter, sugar, vanilla and pecans.
