Ingredients/Components
- corn meal - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- creamed corn - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- corn oil - 1/2 c
- salt
- eggs - 2 item
How to make cornbread:
Note: Corn meal mix can be used. If so, leave baking powder and salt out.Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 400° until golden brown (about 30 minutes). Cut in squares and serve hot. Especially good with homemade soup.
