Ingredients/Components
- flour all-purpose flour - 7 c
- soda powder - 4 tsp
- salt - 3 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- ground cloves - 2 tsp
- allspice - 2 tsp
- sugar - 6 tsp
- cooking oil - 2 c
- eggs - 8 item
- water
- cans pumpkin - 2 item
- cans chopped pecans - 2 item
How to make pumpkin bread:
Mix all your dry ingredients together first. Add eggs and blend well. Add sugar, water, oil and pumpkin. Once this is mixed well, add pecans. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°.You can use foil loaf pans and freeze the ones you don't use. Tastes like banana nut bread.
