Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- Bisquick - 2 c
- nuts, finely chopped - 3/4 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- vanilla or lemon extract - 1 tsp
- xxxx sugar confectioners sugar - 2 c
How to make pumpkin bars:
Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (3 oz.) cream cheese1/3 c. margarine2 c. xxxx sugar (confectioners sugar)1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract Mix sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin and eggs together. Add Bisquick, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Use a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting: Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of Pumpkin Bars. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
