Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin bars:
Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. margarine, softened1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread batter in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes or until it tests done. When cool, mix frosting.Cream together cream cheese and margarine. Stir in vanilla; add powdered sugar a little at a time, beating well. Spread on bars.
