Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- orange rind - 1 Tbsp
- pitted uncooked prunes, chopped - 1 c
How to make prune cake:
Glaze:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. orange juice1 Tbsp. orange rind Mix all ingredients and beat until mixture is smooth. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Glaze: Stir and beat until sugar is dissolved. Do not heat.
