  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • oil - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • orange rind - 1 Tbsp
  • pitted uncooked prunes, chopped - 1 c

How to make prune cake:

Glaze:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. orange juice1 Tbsp. orange rind Mix all ingredients and beat until mixture is smooth. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

Glaze: Stir and beat until sugar is dissolved. Do not heat.
