  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • oleo - 1 c
  • eggs room temperature - 6 item

How to make pound cake:

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Stir in flavoring. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes in Bundt pan. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
