Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- mashed bananas
- oleo - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream banana bread:
Sift dry ingredients. Cream oleo with sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Add bananas, nuts and sour cream. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix at low speed one-half minute until blended. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bread tests done.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Healthy.
