- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- sticks butter - 3 item
- can coconut - 1 item
- eggs room temperature - 6 item
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time (have eggs at room temperature). Sift flour, salt and soda. Add sour cream. Add vanilla and coconut. Bake in tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
