Potluck potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
How to make potluck potatoes:
Combine these ingredients and mix. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Mix 2 cups of crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted margarine and sprinkle on top. Bake about 5 minutes more or until topping is crunchy.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
