Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- frozen hash brown potatoes, partially frozen - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix margarine with potatoes. In separate bowl mix sour cream, onion, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Combine with potatoes and put in a 3-quart casserole dish. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
